NNB Financial, Inc was founded by Rafael Antonio Milanes III, a mortgage professional with over 20 years of experience in the lending industry. Rafael began his career at major banking institutions, where he gained deep knowledge of underwriting, lending operations, and the full mortgage lifecycle. But over time, he saw a pattern he couldn't accept — clients were being treated as transactions, not people.
He built NNB Financial, Inc to change that. The mission was clear: create a company where every client feels confident, informed, and genuinely cared for — not just at closing, but at every step leading up to it.
As a devoted husband, father, and Christian, Rafael leads NNB with the belief that success is rooted in integrity, humility, and service to others. That conviction shapes how the entire team operates — with honesty, accountability, and a deep respect for the trust each client places in us.
